Lapis hoops
The Lapis Hoops create a subtle illusion of doubling. From the front, they appear as simple, buttery-gold hoops. But from the side, the deep blue of lapis lazuli is revealed, with small yellow citrines set in 18ct gold. The engraving and placement of the citrines evoke a traditional drop earring caught in the moment of breaking.

With this collection I wanted to honour the natural beauty of the materials while telling a story.
